Tickets purchased online can be redeemed on any opening day during the period from 21 March up to and including 1 November 2026.
The online ticket grants admission to the zoo, the safari, and the dinosaur park.

Your ticket - what happens after payment
When you have made your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of successful payment and another email with the ticket attached as a PDF.
Print or online
You can print the entrance ticket and show it at the zoo ticket office upon arrival, or you can show the electronic issue of the entrance ticket on your smartphone or tablet.
Validity
