GIVSKUD ZOO online tickets are valid for entrance to GIVSKUD ZOO as stated on the ticket for any day the park is open in the current season.
For opening hours, see this page. Please note that GIVSKUD ZOO is closed on certain days.
NB: No compensation will be paid on any ticket not redeemed before the end of the current season. Tickets are not refundable.
You will receive a PDF file by E-mail. Choose EITHER to print a paper version of your online tickets before you come to the park OR to present the ticket PDF file directly from your smart phone or tablet at the ticket office.
Please note that, once the bar code has been scanned correctly at the entrance to GIVSKUD ZOO, it cannot be used again. The customer is liable for any misuse of the online ticket. To prevent misuse, please keep your ticket in a safe place until you come to GIVSKUD ZOO. GIVSKUD ZOO accepts no liability for printing errors or subsequent price increases.
Online tickets cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.
Online ticket delivery
Your online tickets will be sent to the E-mail address supplied shortly after your payment is received, and usually in less than 10 min. GIVSKUD ZOO accepts no liability for delays in delivery due to technical problems, the customer's spam filter or an incorrect E-mail address.
Payment and security
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT and duties, unless otherwise stated.
Payment card transactions are processed on a separate, secure server. Your card data will be fully encrypted. GIVSKUD ZOO works with DIBS Payment Services A/S to maintain a secure payment solution. This solution meets all PBS payments solutions requirements. Your payment card data will not be revealed to a third-party company or organisation.
A cookie will be installed on your pc so that the system will recognise your details next time you visit our web shop. The same cookie is used to track your shopping cart and for statistical purposes.
GIVSKUD ZOO pays a fee on the transaction, which is payable to the card operator. When you buy online tickets, GIVSKUD ZOO does not pass this fee on to you.
Right of cancellation
In pursuance of the "Act on certain consumer agreements, Section 17(2) cf. Section 9(2.2a)", the right of cancellation does not apply to tickets bought on the Internet and such tickets are therefore not refundable.
GIVSKUD ZOO records your name, address, E-mail address and any other data you supply in connection with your purchase. The data is stored in our customer database. We never reveal the data to a third party. GIVSKUD ZOO stores the data for a period of five years.
If you wish to file a complaint concerning your online tickets purchase you can do so via the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) at the European Union: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home.show. Complaint is forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you do not receive an E-mail from GIVSKUD ZOO within 10 minutes of completing payment, please check your spam filter or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the E-mail, contact us.
I have accidentally deleted the E-mail with my tickets:
If you have inadvertently deleted the E-mail, please contact us. We will send the E-mail again.
I have lost my tickets:
If you have mislaid your tickets, we can send the E-mail to you again. NB: Please note that tickets can only be used once and that another person may have used your lost tickets. GIVSKUD ZOO is not liable for the misuse of lost tickets, which may mean that your tickets are forfeited.
